Welcome to the journey that is InnerWilding! We are the co-founders, Jess and Lisa. We are mothers, friends, and passionate humans. We walk a devoted path of wonderment about what it means to be a mother, a woman, in this moment, and beyond. Our friendship is rooted in a common language which organically emerged while soaking at the hot springs on a family trip. Our shared language reflects common values and a calling to serve others, which led to the co-creation and birthing of InnerWilding. We lead with the same strong sense of heart and presence that has marked our friendship over time.
InnerWilding is a developmental journey of connection to self and other- and all the in-between. We are deeply dedicated to supporting others consciously and authentically emerge and embrace their highest wisdom. We bring to InnerWilding a rich, diverse and cumulative experience and knowledge to identify core areas of potential transformation and shift. We catalyze this shift through radical exercises and tools that inspire deep, long-lasting shifts in consciousness that are tangible and robust, while building community. Come join us as we sit, move, pause and sustain mindful connections that inspire value-based living.
- The Co-founders -
Lisa Galey - Certified Relationship Coach, Wellness Facilitator Candidate, Wilding Coach
Lisa is wise, deep, fun and adventurous. As a friend, she holds an authentic witnessing that is curious and respectful, caring and sincere.
She has walked many paths in life. She taps into the wisdom of her vast experience and deep presence in leading with heart and interweaving the mind. Every piece of her life mosaic contributes to the practice of living consciously and being in wonderment.
Her life coach training transformed her own relationships. Lisa’s deepest desire is to inspire growth in others by taking these profound lessons into the space she holds for others to shift and find their true essence. She holds space for others to be unapologetically whoever they are, wherever they are.
However, Lisa often shares that life’s most sacred lessons have come from her experience as a mother of three. The unconditional love and guidance she has provided in their evolution has illuminated that they are truly her spiritual teachers in the most challenging, yet rewarding role of her life.
Lisa lives and breathes a felt sense of richness which enlivens each moment, creating a very real connection to self and other. Lisa is InnerWilding.
Jessica Killebrew, Psy.D. - Clinical Psychologist, Mindfulness Practitioner, Wilding Coach
Jess is a kind, fiercely loving woman and mother of two. You can feel her heart and deep wisdom. She embodies presence and curiosity, joy and pain in the way she shows up.
As a friend, she is open, nurturing, and gives plenty of hugs. She dives in with you and can swim in deep waters. Jess has a distinct intuition that allows for listening and self-deepening. I find her undeniably safe, confident and emotionally intelligent.
Jess has been a practitioner for nearly 20 years. She specializes in integrative psychology, mindfulness, and adult development. While she has been a professor, researcher and presenter, she truly prefers the impact of working with individuals. She is less interested in pathologizing these days and more curious about the integrity of wisdom inside each person and the inherent goodness inside each of us. She is part guide, co-creator, and wisdom keeper, but mostly a heartfelt human rich with the capacity for unconditional love.
Jess shares the emotional and practical language of both psychotherapeutic work and coaching in a way that invites you to sit down and explore the many paths of shifting, wellness and empowerment. Jess is InnerWilding.
Our InnerWilding Journey
We started finding ourselves (again) through common language and began weaving the stories of our lives, together.
With no guidebook for this journey, we found our own voice in each other. It was through witnessing, being present, sharing wisdom and being vulnerable we are making it through, better.
With a lifetime of othering in motherhood, womanhood, and relationally, we figure it is time to ask what we truly need to keep evolving - and whose compass we are using to navigate with. With professions that have centered around finding others strengths to catalyze change, we come together - with a a background in coaching and clinical psychology to guide you.
